Three Rounds of: Wall-ball, Sumo Dead-lift High Pulls, Box Jumps, Push-press, Row for calories.
Each exercise is one minute in length, no rest or tranistion time between stations, after each row you will get 1:00 to rest before starting next round.
RX:
Wall-Ball Men 20lbs, Women 12lbs at 10'.
Sumo High Pull Dead-lift, Men 75lbs, Women 55lbs.
Box Jump, 20 inches.
Push-press, Men 75lbs, Women 55lbs.
