Thanks to our rapid growth this year we are very near client capacity. As a result we will be interviewing all future clients to ensure they meet our demanding standards of excellence. We are not concerned with your current fitness level, we will get you in shape, we are talking about a solid work ethic, personal integrity and a commitment to team work.
Our goal is to change our clients lives for the better. Our gym is a low stress - high intensity facility. Our staff provides the highest level of coaching and customer service. In return we expect our clients to show up on time with an open mind and be ready for hard work. Quitting, cheating, attitudes and tardiness are not acceptable and will not be tolerated.
Yes, our workouts are hard, we know this, we designed them to be such. We train for the unknown and unknowable, life is hard so we must be prepared, "Plan for the worst, Hope for the best".
However we take our time getting every client ready for our classes. Each Fundamentals class and workout builds upon the previous one and gets progressively harder. We do not rush our clients into group classes, if it takes you forever then rest assured our staff will gladly spend the time. Our philosophy is that we are only as fast and strong as our slowest and weakest member. We always wait on the last man and we never leave anyone behind.
Yes, our clientele includes Olympic Medalists, Division-1 college athletes, Seals, Rangers, Firefighters, Body Guards, and Olympic Development Program student athletes. Our clientele also includes Housewives, Nannies, Grandparents, Working Professionals, and small children. We strive to create a family environment and instill a passion for hard work.
All future clients must attend both the Boot Camp and the Fundamentals Classes. Athlete's with prior CrossFit experience must show proof of affiliation and workout logs in order to bypass Fundamentals fees and classes. If this does not sound like the ideal situation then thank you for your time.

Fundamentals Program (Reservation Required)
The Fundamentals program is an introduction to our gym and the style of training we use. We want our new members to be comfortable with our workouts and our system. We want new members to be able properly perform the nine fundamental movements, and be properly prepared for the intensity of our group classes. Through the fundamentals program we hope to provide new members with a base of knowledge that will help them reach their lifetime fitness goals.
The fundamentals class is limited to 8-people per session. Clients must attend all 6-sessions in order to join the group classes. Once the sessions are completed you will be assigned a coach to discuss goals, monitor progress and meet with you on a regular basis.
