Start CrossFit the right way with our 11-session Fundamentals course that will prepare you to participate freely in all other classes offered at CrossFit Bellevue. Fundamentals meets 3x a week in a small group and is designed to introduce new members to the fundamental elements of CrossFit training. Each class reviews/teaches the proper form and technique used for various skills and functional movements and progressively increases your intensity. Each session includes a workout involving what was learned that day. Mastery of the fundamentals is not only a prerequisite to participating in group classes, it will also make your CrossFit Bellevue experience more meaningful and enjoyable. Fitness nutrition is also addressed.
*If for whatever reason our Fundamentals program does not fit into your schedule, we offer an alternative:
Fundamentals in Private or on your schedule: In the event that you are unable to partake in our scheduled Fundamentals program; private training sessions with a coach can be scheduled. 11-sessions will be required, cost is $500 for the program. Contact us by emailing [email protected] to schedule.
Test out of Fundamentals:If you have completed training in CrossFit elsewhere, you may test out of the required classes here at CrossFit Bellevue or submit a letter from Recognized Affiliate. Please email us at [email protected] to schedule your appointment.
Step 3: Group Classes/Daily WOD
Upon successful completion of our Fundamentals Program, you are now able to attend Group Classes. Here, you will compete for rounds, time, points, and glory on a daily basis. Playing games and learning new skills are also a huge part of the group classes. Build strong relationships with peers and network with others!
Group classes are designed to be like sport. As such, the environment will be one of motivation, encouragement and tough love.
